Working with you really allowed me to not only focus my teaching and tailor it to the unique needs of my students, but it also allowed me more freedom as an educator. You encouraged me to think outside the box, to go above and beyond what was "required" for a lesson to create something really meaningful and useful for my students. Actually building a relationship and getting to know each other allowed us to connect and talk so much more honestly about teaching, best practices, and how to combine the two.
