Alison Joseph-Allen is a 23 year veteran of early childhood education. Most of that time was spent working with special needs students as a classroom teacher and also as an early intervention and SEIT instructor. She has spent the last 7 years supporting New York City's PreK for All initiative, first as a Building Blocks Coach and more recently as an Instructional Coordinator.
